Our 8 inch brick mailbox door was designed to fit a standard size rural mailbox with a door opening of 7 1/4” to 8 3/4" opening. To deterine what size replacement door you will need simply measure your existing mailbox door across the bottom to determine if you need a 6”, 8”, or 11" sized door.

Installation is quick and easy:

Cut the old mailbox flush with the brick, stone, or stucco surface. We recommend a grinder for for a smoother, and faster removal

Check for proper fit and make final surface preparation. You may need to cut a little more, or hammer edges of your existing box to insure a tight fit.

Apply a generous bead of clear adhesive window caulk around the opening on your column and push the replacement door flush into place.

Apply a clear waterproof window adhesive around the outside of your new door and allow to dry. Concrete screws can also be used for additional strength. Holes are pre-drilled.
Insert is 7.25 inches wide and 9 inches tall. The flange extends to 9.75 wide and 11 inches tall
