As of 2021-2022, homeowners who need a repair or replacement are instructed to update the old mailbox model to the correct current model.

Regency at Dominion Valley is a 55-and-over active adult community in Haymarket, Virginia. MidAtlantic Mailbox provides service for the mailboxes of its single-family homes and homeowners.
After development, the HOA contacted the family-owned company in 2017, and MidAtlantic has cared for the community's mailboxes ever since.
